These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") govern the use of the mobile application Arm world (the "App"), developed by Alexandr Kuzminou (the "Developer").

1. General

1.1. By using the App, the User agrees to these Terms. 1.2. If the User does not agree, they must uninstall and stop using the App.

2. Age restrictions

The App is intended for users aged 4 or older, unless a higher age is required by applicable law.

3. User rights and obligations

The User must use the App lawfully. The User may not distribute harmful content, engage in fraud, or bypass technical restrictions.

4. Paid services

If the App offers paid features or subscriptions, they are provided exclusively via the App Store. Payments, refunds, and renewals are governed by: Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". The Developer is not liable for: • device or Apple service failures, • loss of data, • consequences of using or not being able to use the App.

6. Changes

The Developer may amend these Terms. The updated version becomes effective upon publication.
